Booking starts from the time you have reserved, and the day will be counted every 24 hours. (300km per day average, after that additional charge will be applied per kilo meter according to the car per day rate)

Understanding the situation of traffic or other circumstances Shree Self Driving & Car Rental Service gives one hour of grace period. After the grace period an entire day charge will be taken.

Ensure Photo/Video taken of the car from your mobile before starting your journey for proof of existing scratches, dent, or damage on the car. Also, must take speedo meter and fuel level photo and send it to Shree Self Driving & Car Rental Service Operator.

Same level of fuel must be maintained while handed over to you. If it is less, you will be charged accordingly. if it is more, we will just say thank you. (Must take a picture of the meter and send it to Shree Self Driving & Car Rental Service operator)

The place of return is the same as the place where handover is taken unless agreed by Shree Self Driving & Car Rental Service either chargeable or free.

Shree Self Driving & Car Rental Service is not responsible for any tyres of punctures, flat tyre or any damage caused due to tyre failure will be solely borne by you. Take a picture or video of tyres condition to avoid discrepancy while returning the vehicle.

Shree Self Driving & Car Rental Service has its own workshop to take care of its cars and warranty on the mechanical functioning of the car except for the tyres.

If any damage, scratches, or dent happened when the car was in your possession then the entire repair cost will be borne by you.

In case of a major damage occurred, then the amount to be paid will be decided by taking the insurance into account and will be decided between Shree Self Driving & Car Rental Service and you.

50% of the rent will be charged for the period of the car was parked in the garage/service centre for repair.

Fastag Recharge

To be done by yourself using Fastag Scanner or Can be recharged Via Gpay, Paytm, PhonePe and net banking etc)

In case of utilization of existing balance then you will have to pay accordingly or will be deducted from your security deposit. Ensure you have taken photo of existing balance and send to Shree Self Driving & Car Rental Service Executive.

In case of extra Fastag recharge done by you will not be reimbursed.

Maximum speed limit is allowed by Shree Self Driving & Car Rental Service is 100km/Hr. Exceeding will attract fine of 500 per attempt. Also, you must follow the speed limit as per RTO sign board displayed on roadsides or else you will be attracted fine of 2000/- which will be captured by RTO cameras.

Extending of Days

Inform us in well advance and make payment for the number of days going to be extended immediately after taking confirmation of availability from Shree Self Driving & Car Rental Service Operator.

Extending of days is subject to availability of dates, Else must return the car as per your previous schedule. If not, you will be levied a fine of 5000 or more.

500 per day fine will be levied in case of delay in making payment for the extended days.

Security deposit will not be considered as part of rent when days extended.

Cancellation Policy: –

If intimated 2days prior to the journey date then 50% of the rent will be deducted in case of 100% Advance made by you, Else you will have to pay 50% rent on total number of days you have booked it.

Any cancellation less than 48hrs will not be considered for refund. In case of partial amount paid for booking then you will have to pay the complete rent as per number of days you have booked it.

No refund will be done for cancellation of ongoing booking or partial cancelation.

Charges for cleaning: –

if car was delivered clean condition and returned with uncleaned/dirty.

1000 – Fine, if found Smoking and drinking inside the car

1000 – Fine, if found pan spitting over the car

2000 – Fine, if found any decoration, stickers or any type of adhesive tapes

2000 – Fine, if found any animal Fur or dirt

Shree Self Driving & Car Rental Service Holds the security deposit for Trip Complet after you return the vehicle and will Initiate once have checked RTO fines. if any RTO fine appeared then will be deducted accordingly and refund the rest.

Not Allowed: –

We provide cars only for personal use and you are not authorized for any type of sub renting (if found no amount will be refunded and car will be taken back immediately).

Carrying any animals/Pets

Carrying any kind of unauthorized goods/material

If any illegal activities found and the person who has booked and passenger in the car will be the only responsible for legal action.

Accept the car only after reading and understanding the terms and conditions mentioned above.
